About the Founder
Texarkana Therapy Center is therapist-owned and led. Founder Dorie Pearson, OTR/L, has over 35 years of experience in pediatric therapy and opened the practice in 2009 to create a space where both children and therapists could thrive.
Having worked in nearly every setting, from early intervention to hospitals, Dorie built this clinic with firsthand knowledge of what therapists need to succeed. When you work here, you’re working with a leader who understands your profession, the challenges you face, and the support you need to make a difference for children and families in Texarkana, TX.
