Orthopedic Injuries

Orthopedic Rehabilitation is a therapeutic approach to alleviate specific problems and pain relating to your muscles, bones, cartilage, ligaments, tendons, and joints (musculoskeletal system). Patients that require orthopedic rehabilitation include a wide range of injuries including: broken bones, surgical repairs such as ACL or labrum repairs, joint replacements, multiple trauma injuries, painful medical conditions such as arthritis, carpal tunnel syndrome, spinal stenosis, and even bone or joint diseases.

If you are suffering with pain while doing your daily course of activities such as driving to work, performing chores around the house, and even walking, our orthopedic rehabilitation program is a great option to help get you or your child on the right track to recovery. Our therapist’s main focus is to get our patients back to their daily activities as soon and independently as possible.

Both our Physical and Occupational Therapists at our clinic will help with improvement in range of motion, balance, strength, flexibility, and coordination to help you get back to your day-to-day activities stronger, easier, and with less pain. Our treatment options include therapeutic exercises, aquatic therapy, manual therapy, and modalities such as heat packs, cold packs, electrical stimulation (E-Stim), ultra sound, and dry needling.

We provide patient education on the use of mobility aids such as crutches, braces, or artificial limbs, as well as adaptive techniques and equipment. Our team also provides realistic and effective home exercise programs and take-home information to speed up your recovery process. If you struggle with joint or muscle pain, reach out to our licensed Occupational and Physical Therapists to formulate the best treatment plans for you!
